Growing up during The Troubles in Northern Ireland, I was unaware of how deeply my upbringing would shape my path in the world. What I’ve learned from the past 10 years of personal development work, a 25+ year career in sales leadership, and various coaching roles from Collegiate Rugby Coach to Ride Leader of a Los Angeles based, purpose driven cycling club, is that I thrive when I’m guiding others during life transitions and turbulent times.
Having to navigate through constant conflict, I have learned to become resilient, ready to dive into uncomfortable situations and disarm. My particular set of skills include being an excellent negotiator, advocate for others and empathetic leader.
Affectionately nicknamed, "The Shepherd", in the Fireflies Cycling Club, I guide and support fellow members on their quest of adventure. As a High Performance Leadership Coach, I will shepherd you on your path to transformation, helping you identify and overcome obstacles by asking the difficult questions and taking radical ownership. Together, we'll navigate the sometimes rocky terrain of your professional and personal life and create a roadmap to unlock your untapped potential and light the way towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.
